We specialize in commercial projects including office buildings, upscale retail stores, warehouses, interior finish outs, medical facilities, banks, and churches. Our projects range from $50,000.00 to $1,500,000.00. Over the years, we have built relationships with our suppliers that have enabled us to provide competitive pricing on all of our projects. As a result, we have been able to pass these savings to our customers helping them reach their goals.
At Cleaver Electric Inc, we take care to provide our customers high-quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available Monday - Friday, and Saturday by appointment. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.

We provide additions, alterations, repairs and service to manufacturing facilities. If you need switch gear upgrades, switch gear replacement, redistribution of electrical feeders or just a motor starter replacement we can help with all of your electrical needs.
We are an electrical contractor dealing primarily with new and remodel construction, but we also offer service and repairs to our contractors and customers. Service trucks are available 7 AM. to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Any after-hours work will need to be scheduled before 3:30 PM.
Service truck rate: Standard rate $ 90.00 per hour / 2 hour min. Overtime rate: $135.00 per hour / 3 hour min.
